Nowadays the college students are confronted with the increasing pressure which is detreimental to their normal study and life. I would like to discuss about the specific pressure they may experience and attach each my own understandings about how to cope with the pressure. The academic pressure comes first as the college students are competing with their peers with great intensity for scholarships and various honour titles. And they have to finish the required amount of points within four years, which adds to the pressure as well. Besides,some of them are facing financial pressure in the light of ever high tuition and many aspects to spend money in their daily life and study. Thirdly,job hunting pressure is what troubles them as always.Upon graduation from the college, they have to spare no effort to hunt for a decent job to make living.However, they are too many competitors in the larbour market, which makes the job hunting tremendously difficult. Emotional pressure haunts them as well giving that they may break up with girlfriend or boyfriend. To sum up, even though the pressure is inevitable in college life, we'd better find ways to cope with it so that we can live a healthy life.One way is to adjust our mentality well when we come across the pressure.Another is to seek some ways to relief ourselves through sports,doing what you like and something else. 自己写的，望采纳，谢谢！
