How I deal with stress

       Nowadays almost everyone has stress. For me I have great stress from studying. I deal with stress in many ways.

       To begin with I choose to exercise such as running swimming and playing football. Even taking a walk can make me relaxed. Then I talk with others to relieve stress. A family member a close friend or a teacher can help me. I also try to get enough rest and eat well.

       So though I feel under stress I live a happy life.
