forget一般有这样几个词组：
forget sth. 忘记某物某事
forget doing sth。 忘记做过一件事
forget to do sth。 忘记去做某事
你这里明显只要套用语法知识就可以了，也就是说你这句话的意思是“我将要忘记这一天”那么肯定是“I will forget。。。”应用上面的forget sth.那么就是“forget the day”。
如果是I will forget in the day就有语法错误
