There are there reasons.
Firstly,I am not intrested in my major.During the peroid of programming in the firm,I know that it is not suitable for me to do this work.And corssing major can let myself to find the direction.
Secondly,I want to be a professional management manager in the future.I cannot be competent to do management things owing to lack of knowledge and ability ,so I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self valur and I need to promtote myself.
Lasty,I hope to concentrate on study and research in XX university andxx is my first choic.I love the academic atmosphere.I hope to get each outstanding teacher's advice and help one day.

And corssing major can let myself to find the direction.不知道这个句子里的corssing是什么意思,但是后面应该改成let me find my direction会比较好.
