To my viwe,nothing is more important than to followed local culture.Just like they say:when in Rome do as the Romans do.
Frist of all,it is universally that everywhere have a lot of delicious local foods.if you can not get whit it,you will regret in deeply.So,you should better follow it.
Secondly,from ancient times to the present day,down through the ages.Every culture must have the advance aspect.By taking learning different cultures,we can always stay advanced.
Finally,followed cultures let us can more easy to make friends and reduce mistake.Those are some of the reasons,why I chiose followed local culture.

第一句把followed改成follow,to后面只能跟动词原形；
第二句在university前面加"in the"或去掉"everywhere",deeply前in改成it；
第三句把advance改成advanced,taking去掉
第四句把can提到let之前,followed改成following
