In our daily life,we don’t pay attention to our body because of our study and work.
It would bring us a lot of trouble,in fact,It is very easy for us to get rid of trouble,that is,free time,doing exercise in free time will help us in good health.
I guess:
After busily studying and working,people should make a plan in their free time to do some activities.Especially the outdoors activities,for example:Playing basketball,badminton,ping pang,playing football,running,skipping(jumping rope)and so on.,in my free time my favourite activity is running.Because running can relax myself,exercise my brain,resist disease (prevent disease) lose weight,I like running very much!For retired people,maybe fishing,flying kites,playing chess,and dancing fit them better than others,in brief,the people may have the very many free activities
At last,I hope everybody can Plan his time carefully.
