或者说：Not only can this policy reduce the outgoings but also increase the incomings.
中文里讲得很通顺,因为减少开支和增加收入都是有益的.但问题是外国人说看到also还以为后面的动词也是reduce,并且不建议这么用.
那also不就和both and一样了吗?请问我这句子怎么改才符合外国人的思维?
还是说只是and also前后的动词不能相反？
