| 九寨沟历来享有“童话世界”的美誉,来读一读这篇介绍九寨沟的文章吧! Jiuzhaigou is an incredible(不可思议的)place in the northern part of Sichuan Province in China. It was only discovered in the 1970s and is now a protected area.Tibetan people have lived in the valley for many years and signs of Tibetan culture can be seen throughout the valley. However many of these people have now been moved to houses so that the land can be looked after properly. The valley is surrounded by mountains and is full of waterfalls and lakes. Many of the lakes are so colorful that they look man-made.The lakes are the bluest blue you will ever see and some are up to 50 meters deep but they are so clear that you can see the bottom. The valley has become a popular tourist attraction for both Chinese and foreign tourists. To save Jiuzhaigou from thousands of people that go there every year there are buses inside the valley that take the visitors to the main attractions. There is also a rather expensive entrance ticket to try and keep the number of tourists down. For the fit and healthy tourists there are walking paths so that they can be really close to nature. The valley is over 60 kilometers long so the walk may be tiring. Many tourists prefer to take the bus. Jiuzhaigou is a great place to visit.I hope you can go there sometime. | (1) | Many of the Tibetan people moved out of the valley ________. | [ ] | A. | so they can live in a big house | B. | to protect the land | C. | to see a different place | D. | to leave their hometown | | (2) | Why do many of the lakes look man-made?Because ________. | [ ] | A. | they are so big | B. | they are surrounded by mountains | C. | they are so colourful | D. | full of new fish | | (3) | The valley become a popular tourist attraction for ________. | [ ] | A. | only Chinese people | B. | just foreign people | C. | Chinese and foreign tourists | D. | people who like drawing | | (4) | How do people save Jiuzhaigou now? | [ ] | A. | They have buses for the visitors. | B. | They charge an expensive entrance price. | C. | They aren't friendly to tourists. | D. | Both A and B. | | (5) | The walking path are for ________. | [ ] | A. | the fit and healthy tourists | B. | people who work with nature | C. | the environmentally buses | D. | everybody who goes to the valley | | |
