　　After having spent four hours working hard out the plan which my manager asked to make, I dragged myself languidly along to the dining room for (lunch). Maybe, because the job had made me bend over my desk the whole (morning), I had now a (good) appetite at table. The cook had prepared a (delicious) meal for us. I began to (eat) it in a terrible hurry. I enjoyed myself at the (good) meal so that I didn’t know if I had sated myself with it.
