I believe it does more harm than good to keep animals in zoos.They're unnecessary and should be closed down.
To begin with,animals in zoos lose their freedom just to satisfy we human being's need.They are kept in small and limited area,often staying anxious and scared and walking in circles,which is really cruel and unfair.Second,there is news that the staff in the zoo not only cut down on their food and but also abuse them,giving them lots of health problem,which is completely against the original mission to build up zoos.What's more,constructing zoos takes a large quantity of resources.Closing down and having no new construction means we can use these resources in places that need them more.Last but not least,except going to zoos,we human beings still have various ways to enjoy ourselves.Life without zoos won't be quite different from what it is like now!
