如果要选择C的话要把that去掉 即I believe it important to read English books often.
it充当形式宾语,其实就指代to read English books often.important为宾补 当使用宾补成分时不能使用that
当一个宾语从句引导的不止一个从句时,只能省略紧接在动词后的第一个that,其后一概不省略.eg.I think (that)you are right and that he is wrong.理解吗?
