6.2 If the Distributor incurs liability towards any third party with regards to the Prod¬ucts for any reason whatsoever,hereunder but not limited to (i) defects,liability to¬wards a purchaser,(ii) fines or other forms of liability towards authorities,(iii) li¬ability due to damage caused by any of the Products or (iv) intellectual property rights infringement,the Supplier shall indemnify,defend and hold the Distributor harmless.
6.3 If any claim as mentioned under Sub-Clause 6.2 above is lodged by any third party against the Distributor,the Distributor shall inform the Supplier in writing.
6.4 The Supplier is obliged to let himself be summoned to the court or arbitral tribunal examining a claim lodged against the Distributor as mentioned under Sub-Clause6.2.
