Client irrevocably warrants,undertakes and agrees to the following:

6.1.\x05Not to hold XXX or its facilitators liable or responsible in any respect,and not to institute any legal proceeding for any act,omission,default or neglect or for any injury,damage or loss whatsoever and howsoever occurring,suffered or sustained directly or indirectly by the client or its employees during the above event or while commuting to and from the event venue;
