Bei Hai park was used by the emperors of the dynasties Liao,Jin,Yuan,Ming and Qing.In the middle of the park,there is a island called " Qiong Island" and to the north east of that,there is a plague called " Qiong Dao Chun Yin".It was established in 1751,the scenery around it is very beautiful,it used to be one of the 8 main tourist attractions in the area.
