I’ve recently bought an electronic dictionary from your website. However some problems have arisen which makes me upset. I am writing to complain about them.    

To begin with its system always breaks down when I am using it. Besides the battery only lasts about one hour so I need to recharge it every day which causes me too much trouble. Therefore I would like to either change the electronic dictionary for another one that works well or get a full refund. I would be grateful if you could settle my complaint as soon as possible.
