I'm writing to complain about the bicycle I bought from your website a few days ago.
I tried the bicycle for several times and I found the quality is not as good as I expected. The seat was so hard that it made me feel really uncomfortable. Further more, there was something wrong with the metre（计程器的意思）. It couldn't show the right number.（这两点是我补充的,哪里质量不好没说出来啊.否则到不了100词）Besides, the functions of the bicycle are not conform to the advertisement on your website.
For the above reasons, I feel it is reasonable for me to send the bicycle back and ask for a refund（退款）. I am looking forward to your reply.
