Exibition Notes:
01 Any private stands without official permission are strictly prohibited. Once found, your stand application qualification will be cancelled forever.
02 The commodities exceeding the limits of the stand and severely hampering the passages will be forfeited totally without return.
03 The giveaway of free offers and publicity materials only allowed within one's own stand, any exceedings will be totally forfeited.

07 The time for move-out is made at 15:00--21:00 on April 4, 2012 and the release notes will be give out to each exhibitor on the morning of 11. Please adhere strictly to the withdrawl time and arrange your personal schedule accordingly without any advance or delay.
08 Please take good care of your exhibits and personal possessions in case of any losses.
