This agreement is under the jurisdiction of laws of the People’s Republic of China.If there is still a dispute on implemention of this agreement,both sides shall settle it through friendly consulation,or by the litigation in the People’s Court which has the jurisdiction in the location of A Automobile Co.,Ltd,if the cosulation is failed.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute between the parties hereto in the performance of this Agreement or with respect to the terms hereof, the parties hereto shall resolve such dispute through amicable consultation. If the dispute fails to be resolved through consultation, the dispute shall be referred to the competent people's court at the place where A Automobile Co., Ltd. is located for resolution by litigation.
