因为人只有一个时间专注于某一件事,这样才效率最高.所以不论是工作还是生活,都需要我们一心一意.然后在两者之间寻找平衡点.
为此,我认为有两点非常重要.
一、我们最好是严格的把工作和生活分开,工作期间专注,下了班就好好放松.
二、不要拖延工作,给自己制定可行计划,总是保证按时完成.
三、适当地培养点兴趣爱好,让自己的生活多点可能.
