Mr.(manager's name), I have been worked here for a while and based on my observation, I come up a couple of suggestions that may help our business.
First, we can put some nice and comfortable couches inside the store to let customers rest when they read. Second, I think it is a good idea to introduce a small coffee shop at the corner of the store. Then the customers can buy a cup of coffee or a piece of cheesecake whey they are hungry or thirsty. Finally, I suggest that we buy some computers and load a database of all of books to the computers. In such way, it is very convenient for the customer to look for a particular book.
