In order to advance students' skills in spoken Engkish and enlarge their vocabulary in a class with a number of 40,she has used all kinds of methods---using Presentation,watching Friends,playing games such as Spelling Bee ,acting short plays,practicing translating.In the 12 years of being an teacher,she never stopped exploring and creating new methods.

She has great interests in the cultural differences,and often share her own experience with us----"Language and culture can not be seen as two different things,only by learning a culture deeply can you master its language. "she once said.

Sometimes she acts like a child rather than our teacher,who is willing to try every new thing-----just like today,our standing here doing presentations.She done all this by heart and with presistence-----eight years of translating,11 years of taking notes of Friens,our selective and methodic exersices,and every single clear aim for our watching of every episode of Friends which is to let us learn the culture and language.
Her sincereness and presistence is oringated from her love for this profession which is the most precious character of a teacher.

What she want to embed in mind are not only the word,grammars,culture,but the idea and method of learning English.
