Thank you for your letter today. I am so sorry to hear that you have encountered with difficulties in English learning. I don't think it is unusual at all. I did face such problem with my own learning as well. But I did not give up. So, you shouldn't either.
You must understand that there is always some difficulties with whatever you learn, which requires willpower to succeed. Giving it up is not an option. You must face it bravely and ask for help whenever you need. I believe the way to improve you learning is not just reading the text books and do a few spellings. You should have a better method such as read more English books, magazines and newspapers. Watch more English films and go online to surf on some English websites and so on.
Most importantly is learning to write and talk, preferably with people who are native English speakers. If you could do all these then I am sure your English will improve overnight. Well, I don't literally mean overnight but quicker, much quicker.
