I am writting to you to express(或者 tell you ) my worry about your health.In order to creat better living conditions for me,you have been working so hard that you forget taking good care of yourselves.I know you love me ,but I love you too.My wish is for everyone be healthy.
Here are some suggestions to keep healthy,I hope they can help you.Firstly,you can walk to work if you have no time to do morning exercise.Secondly,doing exercise at least once a week.Finally,don't stay up to finish your work.
