First and foremost,convenience of the rapid-developing technology makes global communication easier than faster than before.For example,we had to wait for a month to hear from somebody few years ago.But now,waiting will never happen in current society,we can use e-mail and MSN to deliver the messages directly.Likewise,hearing from friends and family is also quick.We can even use Skype to talk with friends online.For instance,if people are in emergency,they can use phone to contact the person.If you are ill and you can not move to the hospital,you can phone the emergency call,then hospital will send the ambulance immediately.Consequently,these beneficial development brings no limit for friends and relatives in different countries in full measure and it gives more safety and convenience to people's life.
Nevertheless,this causes negative development as well.People used this method to make friends on Internet.This is prevailing these days.However,there are some cheating personal information online because of the information explosion.People make friend by talking to someone unknown on net.I think this contains risk and jeopardy due to the unfamiliar background of your Internet-friend.Furthermore,if people get used to communicate with others in the front of the computer screen,talking ability to the public will be degraded.
