2.2 油脂浸出工序:
来自预处理预榨车间的预榨菜籽饼,首先进入存料箱,然后经刮板输送机、封闭绞龙进入浸出器.在浸出器中物料与溶剂形成一个逆流浸出过程.刚进入的物料用高浓度的混合油喷淋,随后混合油浓度依次降低,最后用新鲜溶剂喷淋,完成浸出的物料经滴干后从出粕斗排出.浸出时间为90-120分钟,浸出温度50~55℃,浸出后湿粕含溶剂30%以下.
2.3 湿粕蒸脱工序:
湿粕经刮板输送机送至蒸脱机,在蒸脱机中经过预脱层、自蒸层、直接蒸汽脱溶层、热风干燥层和冷风冷却层后,菜籽粕残溶达到700ppm、水分12%以下及温度40℃左右,再经输送设备送入粕库进行计量、打包,之后码垛储藏等待销售.

2.2 oil leaching process:
