摘要:随着我国近年来对环境保护的重视程度越来越高,为了更好的利用地球能源,减少能源消耗,提升利用效率,各种类型燃气发电机组的利用日益广泛,机组功率也在不断提升.因此,对既可以表征机组工作状态和燃烧过程,又可以作为研究动力学特性依据的缸内燃烧压力的精确测量和有效分析是十分重要的.
本文通过对12V190型燃气发电机组的缸内压力、曲轴转角信号进行采样,进而形成不同的燃烧压力曲线,同时获得包括示功图,循环变动率,压力升高率,最大爆发压力等多种参数,还可通过气缸压缩线法确定气缸上止点,确定出机组缸内最大压力发生时刻以及气缸放热所经过的曲轴转角时刻,从而对内燃机缸内燃烧情况进行实际监测及有效分析.

Abstract:With China's emphasis on environmental protection in recent years,more and more high,in order to make better use of the Earth's energy,reduce energy consumption,increase efficiency,the use of various types of gas turbine increasingly widespread,power generating units are constantly upgrade.Thus,the characterization of both the state and the combustion process unit,and as a research basis for in-cylinder combustion dynamics accurate measurement of the pressure and effective analysis is very important.
Based on the 12V190 type gas turbine cylinder pressure,crank angle signal is sampled,thus the formation of different combustion pressure curve,while access to a variety of parameters including dynamometer,circulation rate of change,the rate of pressure rise,the maximum explosion pressure,etc.also determined by the cylinder on the compression cylinder dead-line method to determine the maximum cylinder pressure generating unit time and the cylinder crank angle through which heat time,and thus the engine cylinder combustion conditions and effective monitoring of the actual analysis.
