Why or why not?
Generally, people expect to attain good fame, for it can bring them the sense of satisfaction, pride and even economic income. But to my way of thinking, we should not seek fame intentionally.
As a matter of fact, fame is the moral character of a person. We can never achieve fame besides coming to aid of others chronically and developing personal charm. If we keeps doing things that are not desired to the general, good fame is not likely to come. By the contrast, if we try to improve ourselves with each passing day, good fame is sure to get to us without our willfully seeking.
To sum up, fame is not what we can seek on purpose, but what we can develop gradually.
