2.The parties undertake to review the amounts thus agreed and defined on each expiry date of the contract,这句话请问如何翻译?我这里很纠结agreed和defined为什么是用ed的?thus又是什么用法?

1.Being agreed an exempltion...更像是作为一个前提或者背景,用的时候后面一般还有更进一步的行为.An exemption.. is agreed更经常作为一个完整的陈述语气.
2.双方同意在每次合同到期之日重新审查商定的数额.
Agreed和defined是被动,因为“the amounts”是“被”双方agree和define. 就像the amounts are agreed and defined by the parties.
thus在这里相当于that: to review the amounts that agreed and defined.
