Dear Jane and Jeff

  I'm Li Hua chairman of the Students' Union. I'm now on behalf of the students to send you the e-mail to inform you of the farewell party specially to be held to you .

  We all appreciate your help with our English and we will remember the wonderful time we spent together . But it's a pity that you will leave soon which is also the reason why we decide to hold the farewell party. The farewell party for you will be held in Room 302 in the Sun Club this Saturday at 7:30pm. Please do come . Could you arrive by 5:00pm ? Because we will invite you to have dinner. You may take Bus No.17 in front of your hotel and it will take you directly to the club . We will be waiting for you there .
