I'm writing to make a complaint about the dictionary which I bought in your online store.
When I received it I liked the appearance of the dictionary very much ,but there are several problems in it.To begin with,the dictionary gives its auto power off when I use it sometimes.More addition,the butten "A" doesn't work,and it doesn't even react at all when I press it hard.Last but not least,there is a creck in the screen of the dictionary.
For I'm preparing for the exam and I need a dictionary badly,I hope that you could replace my dictionary or give me a refund as soon as possible.
I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and make a settlement of this matter.
