2、 对各部门资金使用超指标原则停止使用.有特殊情况经特批从下月指标扣除.
3、 要求各部门经理对本部门资金使用严格把关,超出不予审批,如有已超还递交公司领导要求付款的部门,部门经理要负全部责任.
4、 为使部门经理有公司大局意识,各部门资金控制好坏作为年底考核部门经理的依据.
如上月回款较低,公司会依据资金情况下调当月资金使用指标
