First of all,to have a diploma is the basalest factor for it can show the employers your educational background.To have diploma or not will decide your official career,it's necessary and important to have a diploma.Secondly comes to the experience,only you've learned much experience can you improve your ability which means no experience no abilities.Besides,your character also plays an important part in finding a job.As the saying goes:"Character determines success or failure."The character decides your way of how to get along with your leaders and colleagues.However,your appearance is not so much important for you are not attending beauty competition.
So try to have a positive mind and you will find a good job.
