All of us will face the fierce competition in the Entrance Examination for college next year.Most of us students know the importance of revisions and preparations.We work hard at our lessons.Meanwhile,some are suffering from gre ater tension/pressure than ever.We find it difficult to get along well with our classmates,teachers and even parents.(情况说明)(高分句型一)It is easy for us to lose our temper and quarrels often break out over something important.
    Personally,we should try to change the situations as well as ourselves.Anyway,competitions do exist in our life.We should learn to adjust to them rather than escape.Calming down in face of difficulty can win us a more peaceful mind.Besides,talking with teachers and parents with respect is a good way to reduce pressure,and they will give us some good advice in time.(高分句型二)Taking more exercise outdoors can also help us relax.
   In short,we should learn to keep the balance between study and relaxation and try to make our life meaningful and happy.(个人意见)
