Dear Miss Green，
    I'm Li Xia，a Senior 3 student．I have learned you are recruiting actors for the English drama for this New Year's Day．So I'm writing to apply for one of the roles in the drama．I like performing very much and it's my dream to become an actor．When I was a little child，I liked to  act in front of others，such as singing，dancing and telling jokes．Besides this，I was a member of my Junior Middle School's drama club and acted in several dramas，receiving praise for my performance from teachers and classmates．
 I hope I can play a part in the English drama and I would appreciate it if you could give me this chance．And I'm sure I am qualified for a part．
