摘 要：随着经济全球化和中国加入WTO,绿色供应链管理已逐步成为石油企业全面提升国际竞争力的重要战略,绿色供应链管理在中国还处于起步阶段,缺乏相应的研究以指导实践.本文在简要回顾国内外绿色供应链管理研究发展现状的基础上,结合现阶段石油企业的实际情况,分析了石油企业实施绿色供应链管理的障碍,并提出了相应的对策,从而为石油企业实施绿色供应链管理的实践提供参考.

Green supply chain management in China is still in its initial stage and lack of relative study to guide practice. This paper analize the obstacles to the implementation of green supply chain management
and put forward the strategies on the basis of reviewing developing status for green supply chain management both internal and external,which provides oil enterprise the references for practising the green supply chain management.
