During this summer holiday,I had a part time job as an intern in KFC.
For this job,I should say welcome for every guest when they come in;I also need say thanks for your coming when they go out;if they are unpleasure have spite with my service,there are only one thing I can do,just say some courtesy words like sorry and please wait a moment etc.
I learned a lot from this job,such as how to treat guest with patient attitude and the most importent is I got the real mean of the sentence of "customer is God".
