As we all know,the 2010 Shanghai World Expo is around the corner,which is not only a good opportunity to display China's national power,but also to show chinese people's friendliness, enthusiasm,and qualities.Take this opportunity,I want to act as a volunteer to serve the world expo and visitors from all over the world,for it's not only what I'm expecting,but also a good chance to temper mytself.
I deeply believe that I'm completely able to be qualified to be a volunteer this time.Firstly,I own the experience acting as a volunteer in some large-scale activities,such as the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.Secondly,I'm pretty fond of being a volunteer for I'm always ready to help others and gain fun from it.
In order to perfectly finish my work,I've made some preparation early.I've attended a short English training course to improve my spoken English,besides,I've got to know some manners and customs in serving the foreign visitors,all are aimed at provide a better service to the visitors.
