他的老板给了他一把斧子，跟他说明他在哪片林区伐树。
第一天，伐木工带回来18棵树。
“祝贺你”老板说,“就这样干下去”
伐木工深受老板的话的鼓舞，第二天更努力了，但是他只是带回了15棵树，第三天他加倍的努力，但是只带回了10棵树，日复一日，他带回的树越来越少。
“我一定是越来越没力气了。”伐木工暗想。他去向老板道歉，跟他老板说他不明白到底怎么了。
“你上次磨斧子是什么时候？”老板问。
“磨斧子？我没时间磨斧子呀，我一直忙着伐树……”

Once upon a time there was a very strong lumberman who went to a timber merchant's place to ask for a job,and he got one.The salary was quit good,so was the working environment.Therefor the lumberman decided to do his best on the job.
他的老板给了他一把斧子，跟他说明他在哪片林区伐树。
The boss gave him an axe and showed him the area where he should work.
第一天，伐木工带回来18棵树。
“祝贺你”老板说,“就这样干下去”
On the first day the lumberman took eighteen trees back .
"Congratulations" the boss said "just keep it like this"
伐木工深受老板的话的鼓舞，第二天更努力了，但是他只是带回了15棵树，第三天他加倍的努力，但是只带回了10棵树，日复一日，他带回的树越来越少。
The lumberman was deeply encouraged by the boss's words .He worked harder the next day,however only took fifteen trees back. On the third day he worked more harder, but he only got ten. Day after day,the trees he took back were more less.
“我一定是越来越没力气了。”伐木工暗想。他去向老板道歉，跟他老板说他不明白到底怎么了。
"I must be becoming more and more weak "the lumberman thought.Then he went to make an appology to the boss and said that he did not figure out what was wrong.
“你上次磨斧子是什么时候？”老板问。
“磨斧子？我没时间磨斧子呀，我一直忙着伐树……”
"When was the last time you sharpened your axe ?" The boss asked.
"sharpen? how can i get the time for sharpening the axe ? I have been always busying in the tree things....."
