In a big city，we can always saw some beggars on a busy street．Most of them are disabled．People who are compassionate will stop and give them some money，while some people just walk through．（高分句型）
In my opinion，we shoudn't give beggars money because if we do，it would be like we are encouraging this kind of behavior，and manybe more people who can't find jobs would choose to become beggars too．（高分句型）That would be a huge step down for the economic development of China．
