1.A.CD为现在完成式都表示在Jane看起来sad之前动作就已经完成了,那么完成了就不会有前面的提问,所以排除;B.为过去式,过去式表示的是动作发生在过去,已经结束了.但是前面一句问句的事态为现在式.A.选项为过去进行式,表示的在问句发生的时候那时候我正在想我朋友回来的事情.
