We all live in a stressful world. We have a full schedule of classes everyday. When we came home we have tons of homework to do. And twice in a semester we have tests and exams, so we have to study harder in order to pass, or to make better grades. So, how do we release these stresses? According to experts, the most effective way to release the stress is to do something you like, such as visiting friends, listening to music, seeing a movie, and reading an interesting book. My favorite of releasing the stress is going fishing with friends. Whenever I have some time, I would pick up my fishing rod and join some of my fishing buddies to catch fish at a local reservoir. Although it’s not always that I will catch fish, but the time spent while fishing, is the most effective way for me to release the stress.
