Dear Tom,
I have received your e-mail last week.You said that you wanted to get some information about the changes of my city which you had been to six years ago.Now,
I'd like to make a brief introduction about the change in my city.
Firstly,streets have been broadened and more trees have been planted.I still can remember that you said my citylooed like a small town because of a lack of modern bulidings.Now,youcan find many high-rise buildings everywhere in my city.
Secondly,the quality of the environment in my city has been improved greatly.That is because of the efforts which made by the government.As a result of controling environment pollutions,the air is purer,and rivers clearer.
Thirdly,the life of people in my city has greatly improved too.With the development of our economy,people have increased their revenues.Their concepts towards life also changed a lot.People begin to seek a lifestyle which is healthy,happy,and reciprocal to the environment and the people around themselves.I believe that is the most delightful change of all.It can ensure the harmony in human beings,environment and society.
That are the major changes in my city.You might think they are not enough,I
suggest you to visit my city in your spare time.I'll always expecting your visit to my city.
