这里可以用排除法.
a里的是some
在否定句和疑问句中,除非是表达询问（希望你能接受）的情感,否则some都要改为any
b里面的many是正确的.
c里面的a lot搭配不对,应该为a lot of
d里面的lots of句意中表示为比a lot of还要大量,没有many恰当（其实这个我也没有解释清楚,对不起.）
