Eating to Live, or Living to Eat?
We eat to live. If we eat well we can learn lessons,understand,be intelligent and wise to have a better future.
Try living without eating ! It is not possible . We all eat to live.
The moment I start to live only to eat I am satifying only a very small part of my internal demand. The entire human system is based on the premise that the eating ( food) is the fuel to trigger many activities of the mind and the body.
You have to eat and 'live" a life. The comaprison could be that you have an expensive car and you fill it up with gas, keep the car running and revving but with having the brakes on or not engaging the gear to move forward.
