请教高手,下面作文中有没有语法错误或者不当搭配,或者意思不明确的?万分感谢.
The billions of money which has been spent on the space research can always attract enough public attention, for it fails to change the world immediately. Some people suppose that the quality of live would have improved extremely with uning them reasonably. As far as i am concerned, i can hardly follow this opinion.
自己发现了一点，就是后面提到money的时候用了代词them，是不是应该用it？

意思还行,中国式英语比较多.
语法,for it failing.嗯,因为不能出现两个谓语.
live 改成 life 生活没有单复数
has been improved,生活水平被提高
后面那个单词不认识,什么uning的,没有这个单词吧
最后一句表达不是很好,出现了两个I,还有,个人认为是adopt.
