看定语从句结构：
you came here意思完整,是主谓完整的,所以不能用that,而是用when,相当于on the day因为that引导定语从句时要充当句子中的主语、宾语、表语；
we spent together：spent后没有宾语,而是引导词that（先行词是the days）充当宾语.所以,用that.
特别注意定语从句中的几个词：spend,visit,live in等,因为这些词要加宾语的,所以,一般不会用when,where引导定语从句,又如：
