Article 15) Liens and attachments
Supplier shall not file any liens and shall use his best effort to prevent any liens from being filed by any of its sub Suppliers including Supplier 's or any other person and workmen against Purchaser or the property of Purchaser for any work done or equipment supplied under the purchase order. If not withstanding the forgoing any liens should be filed by any sub- Supplier, workmen or Suppliers against Purchaser or the property of Purchaser or if any attachments should be levied by any of the above said persons against Purchaser or the property of Purchaser or against any moneys
due or to become due to Supplier from Purchaser .Supplier shall immediately notify Purchaser, if so required and shall promptly discharge, by bond or otherwise, such liens or attachment , and exonerate, indemnify and protect Purchaser against any loss or expense in connection therewith, including reasonable counsel fees. Until any such lien is discharged, Purchaser shall have the right to withhold the full amount of such lien from any payment to be made to Supplier.
