I think the most important quality shoud be personal characterstic.Because in the most of the time,one's characterstic determined one's fate.Personal characterstic includes honesty,responsibility,sympathy,and justice.All those four are very important,but this time i would like to share about my opinion about the responsibility.
Responsibility is very braod,A student's responsibility is for their good grades,a heir's responsibility is to respect their parents.A president of a nation's responsibility is to provide it's citizen a peaceful and harmony atmosphere to live.Responsibility can be applied everwhere.
I think Chairman Hu,Jintao is a very good example.He did and doing his part of responsibility to make China runs well,and make the citizen-us to live with peace and harmony.As an Chairman,and under his responsibility,I think this period of his life is successful.
