At the request of Batam Atlantis Zapetrol (applicant),we hereby establish our irrevocable standby letter of credit No.HSBC/SBLC.342/11 in your favor for up to the aggregate amount of 10,000,000.00(USD) available by draft drawn at sight on us marked “drawn under HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Litmited,Singapore.Irrevocable standby letterof credit No.HSBC/SBLC.342/11 dated April 29,2011”and accompanied by a statement purportedly signed by the authorized officers of beneficiary stating that:
We hereby certify that the amount of the draft represents the unpaid indebtedness (inclusive of accrued interests and charges) due to us by Hunan Peach Blossom River Environmental Protecting Equipment Co.,Ltd Address:Room No.1809,No.18/F,department of commerce of Hunan Province Building,Wuyi Road,Changsha City,Hunan Province,China.Under the credit facilities granted by us to the borrower.
