If I am a boss,usually I will pick the competent people to be my emplyees.Their ages do not make a big difference.Say,I am a schoolmaster.I will pick the ones who can teach,no matter if they are young or old.
However,for certain positions,ages do make differences.If I am a boss of a sports team,I will have to have age limit,because a team with old people cannot compete.You cannot find an old man to win the race with Liu Xiang.
So,it depends on what kind of jobs we offer.Usually,I will pick the competent people except for a few special jobs.
